2. Information We Collect We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us via our Square Checkout forms and email correspondence. This includes:

• Contact Details: Name, email address, and phone number.

• Transaction Data: Purchase details (processed securely via Square). We do not store your credit card information directly.

• Creative Data: The personal stories, memories, names of loved ones, and specific details you provide for the purpose of song lyrics

3. How We Use Your Information We use your information solely for the following purposes:

• To fulfill your order and deliver your custom song MP3

• To communicate with you regarding drafts and revisions.

• AI Processing: To create your song, the text of your "Story Details" is input into third-party Artificial Intelligence tools (specifically Google Gemini for lyrics and Suno AI for composition)

4. Sharing of Information We do not sell your data to advertisers. However, your data is shared with the following trusted third-party service providers to function:

• Square: For secure payment processing.

• Suno AI & Google Gemini: As generation tools. (Note: We strip surnames and highly sensitive identifying data where possible before inputting into AI tools).

• Hostinger: Our website hosting provider.

5. Data Retention We retain your custom song files and the lyrics for up to 12 months in case you need a replacement copy. After this period, or upon your specific request, we delete your personal story data from our records.
