Welcome to TuneTailor WA. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all custom song services provided by TuneTailor WA (ABN: 80 169 032 129).By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Tune Tailor WA if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Nature of Service (AI Disclaimer)

TuneTailor WA provides custom song creation services using advanced technology.

AI-Assisted Creation: We use Artificial Intelligence tools (including Suno AI and Google Gemini) to assist in the composition, lyric writing, and production of custom songs.
Human Oversight: While our team curates and refines the output, the audio is primarily computer-generated. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the vocals and instrumentation are synthetic.

3. Orders and Payment

Payment: Full payment is required via our secure checkout (Square) before production begins.
Turnaround Time: Standard delivery is between 3–5 business days from the time we receive your completed "Story Details" form.
Intake Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate names, pronunciations, and details in the intake form. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect spelling provided by the client.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because our songs are custom-created digital products personalised for you, TuneTailor WA does not offer refunds for 'Change of Mind' once production has begun.

Cancellations (Draft Stage): If you cancel before we send the first drafts or begin generation, we will refund 50% of the total fee to cover administrative costs.
Cancellations (Production Stage): Once drafts or the final file have been delivered, no refunds are available.
Defective Files: If the audio file is technically defective (e.g., corrupted file, silence, or digital glitching), we will regenerate the track free of charge.

5. Revisions Policy

Revisions are limited based on the package purchased:

Removal of links from our website:

Greeting Card Package ($49): No revisions included
Full Story Package ($119): Includes 1 Round of Revisions (e.g., changing specific lyrics or altering the ending).
Premium Package ($249): Includes 2 Rounds of Revisions on your chosen version.

Note: A "Revision" is a change to the lyrics or structure of the current song. Requesting a completely different genre or style after the song is created is considered a new order.

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct. We do not warrant its completeness or accuracy, nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

6. Copyright and Usage Rights

Your License: Upon full payment, TuneTailor WA grants you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the custom song for any personal or commercial purpose (including wedding videos, social media, and advertising).
Our Rights: TuneTailor WA holds a paid Commercial Pro License for all AI tools used to generate your song.
Copyright Limitation: Please be aware that under current Australian and International law, works created primarily by Artificial Intelligence may not be eligible for traditional Copyright registration. We guarantee we will not claim copyright strikes against your use of the song, but we cannot guarantee exclusivity against third

7. Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse any order that requests hate speech, illegal content, or explicit violence. In such cases, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
